This morning we are talking about The Whole Armor of God. Yesterday I gave you part of a verse and asked that you finish it. If You Knew… three Cheers HOORAY for you, if not I will cover it today. So what is the Fight we have been assigned to? Is it for us to struggle with pagans in the world today? Peter thought he knew where the fight was. He grabbed a sword and cut off the ear of the priest’s servant, when they came to take Jesus into custody. Jesus had to put the ear back on for Malchus in John 18:10. Verse 12 tells us “We Battle NOT Against”, so firstly we must understand “The Rules of Engagement” because it does… No Good to fight and yet all the time be fighting the WRONG Enemy. Wars such as this are seldom won, because the team players cannot be identified. This is many times the outcome of Internal Conflicts, or commonly called Civil Wars.
