YOU WILL feel the urging of the Spirit to Fast regularly to kill your Old Man, because your New Man CRAVES God’s Presence MORE than Life itself. YOU WILL Manifest God into your life, thereby producing the Fruit of the Spirit which is: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. The Blessings of Redemption are "Manifold in Nature". Manifold meaning: many, various and multiplied (Now all glory to God, who is able, through his Mighty Power at work WITHIN us, to accomplish INFINITELY MORE [manifold] than we might ASK or THINK!)  And Nature: in the basic or inherent feature of something. That INHERENT Feature is God's and CAN belong to us. It is existing in something as a permanent, essential, or characteristic attribute of God and being adopted as His Children, God allows us, A Fallen Race of People, to be like Him... Glory To God!!! Redemption comes from God, Yes Adam fell but we no longer have to, but we still face darkness. We can choose to walk in the Light as our Lord and Savior Walks in the Light.  BUT IF we walk in the light, AS HE(Jesus) IS IN the light, we have FELLOWSHIP WITH ONE ANOTHER, and the BLOOD of Jesus, his Son, PURIFIES us from all sin. 1 John 1:7
